We collect your name, contact information, and billing details solely to run your Top Floor membership (trials, subscriptions, payments, and access). We also store basic login data (email, OAuth identifiers), subscription status, and your membership contribution choices.
Your data is stored securely in our internal systems (MongoDB and our payment provider, Easy Pay Direct) and is accessible only to our core team. We never sell or share your information with anyone outside the organization.
We retain membership and transaction records as required for accounting and service continuity. You can request data deletion at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).
We use essential cookies for login sessions; we do not run third-party trackers or ads.
