By using the Top Floor Member Portal, you agree to these terms. This portal is provided so members can manage account access, billing, subscriptions, and profile/contact details.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Membership billing, trial conversion, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the subscription terms shown in the portal and in your purchase flow. You can manage or cancel your membership through the portal.
We may update portal features and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after updates means you accept the updated terms.
